Following Your Heart Beat


Simple little reminder I’ll be sharing in classes tonight. Your path is your path. Your heart is your heart. Follow your own path and your own rhythm and no one else’s. When you are on your yoga mat, don’t compare; their path isn’t yours. Only you know what baggage your soul needs to let go of, only you know what grounding to soak up through your roots, and only you know what power to breathe in.

Breakfast Cookies



Made these cookies for the second time and love them. I use regular chocolate chips instead of the Paleo version. But they are delish and healthy. Light and fluffy.

  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all together in a bowl. Spoon into parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Bake 15 mins at 350 degrees.
