Happy Monday! We’re halfway through May already. Whoa.

Feel old today? You’re NEVER too old.

Check out Bette Calman.  She’s an 85-year-old grandma yogi.  She teaches 11 yoga classes a week in Australia.  “You’re never too old. The body is a remarkable instrument.  It can stretch and stretch, and get better all the time. Forget age.”

Google her and have fun reading all her spunkiness.  “I’m proof that if you keep at it, you’ll get there. I can do more now than I could 50 years ago.”

Have an awesome start to your week.  If granny can do that, you can at least lace up your sneakers today…. just sayin’……

  1. I’m still doing pretty well without much sugar. It’s amazing how it forces me to find healthy options. I anticipate keeping this rule for the rest of my life.
    Down 1.6 more pounds… need to pick up the pace.
    goals: more sleep. more water. 🙂
