Sticktoitness

Having healthy food choices and active lifestyle decisions takes a lot of time before they become habit.  As you’re putting one foot in front of the other on this determination marathon, here’s a little inspiration for a beautiful weekend!   Flex & kiss those sticktoitiveness muscles, everyone!

“We can do anything we want if we stick to it long enough” – Helen Keller

“It’s not that I’m so smart, it’s just that I stay with problems longer” – Albert Einstein

“Patience and fortitude conquer all things” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

What’s your favorite quote that keeps you chugging along?

  1. Nice pic of the “guns”! 😉 It’s taken 11 weeks, but it’s become a habit for me now. I actually feel super guilty if I miss a day. Even on days when I’m not feeling the greatest, like today, I still go. 3 months ago I would have missed a day for being tired or not feeling well, which would turn into missing months and having to start over again.

Today was kickboxing. Lots and lots of kicking!

    My food for Friday:
    2 grapefruit
    1 avocado
    Several handfulls of walnuts
    Cranberry juice
    2 falafel W/ hummus

  3. My food for Friday
2 scrambled eggs with a piece of toast
leftover saucy chicken with baked tostitos
    small hamburger with apple parfait
    cheese and pretzels
PF Changs — lettuce wraps and shared dinners with brown rice
Dr. Pepper and Boston Baked Beans (I was driving home and it was really late so I needed to stay awake. Not an excuse just a reasoning behind the madness)

Way to go Michele!! I love to hear inspiring true transformations!! We had our 10 week celebration and I got a chance to listen to a lot of different people who truly got it and it sounds like you are one of those people. I would love to hear more about your transformation and how it has effected all aspects of your life and mental health.
