Good morning!  Thanks for all the likes for Prana Fitness on Facebook! We’re up to 41! 

Abrey did an AMAZING race this past weekend, the Wisconsin Tough Mudder.  CoNgRaTuLaTiOnS! Please tell us all about it!!

Everyone check in and let us know how you’re doing on your journey towards and in a healthy living lifestyle. Any new tips/tricks you want to share?  Here’s a little yum yum motivation for a manic Monday.  This is an ACTUAL pic from our food spread for our 4th of July party.  Enjoy!

Apple Berry Salsa by Pampered Chef

  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled & chopped
  • 1 pint strawberries, diced
  • 2 kiwi, peeled & diced
  • Juice of 1 small orange, 1 t zest
  • 2 T packed brown sugar
  • 2 T apple jelly
  • Flour tortillas
  • Water, cinnamon, & sugar to taste

Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl. Refridgerate until ready to serve.  Cut tortillas into wedges with pizza cutter.  Spritz with water.  Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. Spread on cookie sheet and bake in oven about 8-12 mins until hard but not brown.
