Take a Hike!

What workouts have you been doing lately?  Bored of the same ol’ ? Luckily summer brings so much fun and possibility for creative, outdoor sweat sessions.

 What is your all time favorite hike you’ve done? Or want to do? This pic is from one of our favorite spots- the Cliff Loop Trail above Maxwell Falls in Evergreen, Colorado.  Excited to take my family there next week when they visit!
