Cross Train with Yoga

Consider introducing yoga into your favorite workout regimes.  Cross training means adding another activity into what you’re already doing.  Mixing up the  muscle memory.  If we do the same workout day in and day out, we work the same muscles the same way.  Adding cross training, like yoga, can help even out muscle use, increase flexibility of tendons, lengthen muscles, build even strength top to bottom and side to side, and shorten recovery time post-workouts.  Check out these connections:
