This particular Russian Salad is from Prana Fitness’ friend Anna:
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 sprig fresh dill, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Huge handful or two of fresh baby spinach, chopped
- 2 T sour cream
- Sea salt to taste
I love it! Gets some greens in and fixes my salty cravings.
