Check out this sweet article I smiled at today when I read.  It’s by this crazy athlete Rich Roll who completed 5 Ironman-distance triathlons on 5 Hawaiian islands in less than a week.  Whoa.  And you thought Ironman was hard. Pheeeesh.

And honestly, I swear it’s just a coincidence that this post and my last post mentioned hook ups in yoga.  Swear.  Unless you’re a single friend of mine.  Then get your butt to yoga. 🙂
