Here are this week’s yoga thoughts I started last Saturday 🙂
“Rise up and attack the day with enthusiasm”
“Attack life. It’s going to kill you anyways.”
“Don’t take life so seriously. It’s not like you’re going to get out alive.”
“The real question is not whether life exists after death. The real question is whether you are alive before death.” -Osho
I have felt like the yoga thoughts have been a bit heavy the last few weeks, so I opted for light, easy, fun thoughts for this week. Everything is a choice. On our yoga mats, we learn that we have a choice with every breath we take to either clench or to let go. We have a choice to tighten or to release. We have a choice to tense or to soften. This physical decision-making carries into our emotional ability to let things go and live lighter. Everything with our emotions is a choice. In life, we have a choice with every breath we take to either hold on to a hurt or to decide to let it slip away. We have a choice to look at the negatives or to look at the positives. We have a choice to slump in tunnel vision or to rise up and attack each day with enthusiasm. Choose. This second. This breath. Choose to live life alive. It’s that simple. Wishing you all an incredible day!
