Here is the yoga thought from this week:

Think of the biggest desire of your heart. Then think of what cage is around your heart that prevents you from the heart soaring into what it wants to do. Every exhale breath, let a bar from the cage rattle to the ground. Every inhale breath, let the heart take flight.
We don’t have to know exactly how the future is going to play out. We just have to trust the heart. Take a step. Spread your wings. And go.
