Spring is here! Let’s dust off winter with some heart-pumping spring training. During the month of April, Prana Fitness is going to post daily one workout move or yoga pose that you can do at home, at a park, or anywhere.
April 24th: Side Bicycles
Lay on butt and elbows. Extend legs in front of you. Roll to one hip, lift legs, and bicycle pedal your legs into the air. Pull in with your belly. Lift up out of the bottom shoulder. Top hand can be in air. Lift with your heart to the sky. Have a long, neutral neck. Pedal your legs for about 30-60 seconds (or longer). Then change to do the other side. Get it! Major oblique workout.
