Here is the thought for this week’s yoga classes:
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was greater than the risk it took to bloom.” Anais Nin
Physically our yoga practice opens our bodies, lets the blood flow, lungs expand, and limbs uncurl. Emotionally it teaches us to learn who we are, then to be more and more comfortable with who we are, and ultimately to let us bloom into who we are, unabashed, unashamed, bold, gorgeous, real, authentic, us. Never ever strive to be anyone but you. It might be scary to be boldly open and wholly you, but be courageous. It hurts more to be tiny and cramped. Unfurl and be you.
