Life is too damn short to not make yourself a priority, to neglect self-care, to not do whatever the hell you want to do.
We practice yoga here on our mats for physiological benefits, psychological benefits, spiritual benefits, etc. But sometimes you just have to simplify it down to, we’re here to practice BECAUSE IT FEELS DAMN GOOD! 🙂
