Prana Fitness believes fitness support should be free and accessible to everyone. Join us online or in person for support, workouts, yoga classes, running, cycling, or workshops! Prana is the Sanskrit word for “vital life.” We can learn to challenge the excuses and obstacles we create to reveal the healthiest versions of ourselves: fit, confident, and overflowing with contagious energy.
We’d love if you could find Prana Fitness on Facebook and like it, share it with your friends. Find Prana Fitness on Twitter and begin following it and retweeting. Check out the Prana Fitness website, become involved. Explore and subscribe to the blog. Follow our Instagram and tag us.
It’s going to be an exciting 2014 and we so appreciate your support for all the incredible things we’ll be doing, all the lives we can positively affect!
How did Prana Fitness finish out 2013?
We had blog readers from 84 countries.
Non-profit status is still pending review (our 501(c)3 application was submitted December 2012) by the IRS specialists for development. Will continue operating as not-for-profit in interim.
3 new members joined our Board of Directors (bios and pictures coming soon to our website) for the 2014 calendar year.
We planned, filmed, edited, and posted 5 new videos onto the video tab of our website. We furthered our goal of enabling everyone everywhere the chance to have fitness tips, advice, workouts, and yoga classes at their fingertips.
We recently came back from our Facebook and workshops sabbatical of 5 months. Thank you for your support and continued commenting on the blog during that beautiful time of re-self-creation and soaring. Prana Fitness is up to some great GrEaT GREAT G-R-E-A-T things for 2014!
Feeling so full of love and gratitude.
Thank you with all my heart.
Did you know that you can practice yoga at no cost almost daily in Denver? What’s your excuse now? Check out the Prana Fitness website (www.pranafitness.org) and click on the yoga tab. The free classes actually taught by me are listed out in the live Google calendar at the top of the yoga page (more free classes and workshops coming in 2014!). And it’s unrelated to Prana Fitness, but at the bottom of the yoga page we list out and link to some awesome Denver studios that offer free weekly community classes. Something to pass along to your moolah-conscious friends. See you on your yoga mat soon!
